NIVOX / EYEWEAR STOREDESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

01 — CUSTOM E-COMMERCE

  • MySQL
  • JavaScript
  • HTML / CSS
  • PDO
  • Stripe Checkout

NEXT VERSION

Nivox’s next version will be redesigned and rebuilt with TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, and Prisma ORM. The preview below showcases the current PHP and MySQL version.

Inside the project
My role
Interface design, front-end and back-end development, database structure, and store management workflows.
Shopping experience
Product search, category and subcategory browsing, product details, favorites, reviews, a shopping cart, address selection, and order history.
Store administration
Manage products, images, stock, discounts, orders, categories, users, and incoming messages. Includes quick editing and independent product duplication.
Checkout
Server-side order calculations and Stripe Checkout integration, tested in Stripe’s test mode. Live payments require final configuration and testing.
Current stage
A personal portfolio project. Production deployment, external service setup, and further testing and security review remain part of launch preparation.

Live preview coming soon.

Decofam furniture storefront with its “Furniture for a slower kind of living” hero
DECOFAM / FURNITURE STOREDESIGN & FULL-STACK DEVELOPMENT

02 — FURNITURE E-COMMERCE

Decofam

A furniture store that sells online, in installments and at the counter, on one inventory and one customer list. A calm storefront for customers; a complete admin panel for the team behind it.

  • TypeScript
  • Next.js
  • NestJS
  • GraphQL
  • PostgreSQL
  • Prisma ORM
  • Stripe Checkout

PORTFOLIO RELEASE

A complete showcase store. Payments run in Stripe’s test mode and text messages are switched off; everything else works as it would for a real brand.

Inside the project
Storefront experience
Collection pages with filters and search, product pages with a gallery, finish picker, dimensions and reviews, a wishlist, and checkout as a guest or signed in.
Ways to pay
Stripe Checkout, four monthly installments after a document review, and wallet credit from returns.
In-store sales
Counter sales recorded in three steps, sharing stock and customers with the website.
Store administration
Twenty sections: catalog, inventory, discounts, banners, orders, payments, installments, returns, wallet, customers, reviews, messages, the journal, admins and settings, usable from a 320px phone.
Engineering
TypeScript throughout: Next.js and React for the interface, a NestJS GraphQL API in layered feature modules, PostgreSQL with Prisma, and more than 320 automated tests in CI.
Try it yourself
Sign in as a demo customer or demo admin: each visitor gets a private copy of the store that is cleared afterwards.

Showcase store — sign in with the demo accounts and change anything; your copy is private.

THE NEXT CHAPTER

VENZOH.

A new stack. The same attention to detail.

Modern stack / Upcoming projects

03 — THE CURRENT STACK

The stack behind every new build.

Every Venzoh platform is built on one typed, modular stack, from the storefront to the database. TypeScript runs end to end, NestJS keeps business rules in clear modules, and PostgreSQL holds the data, so a store can add features and grow without being rebuilt.

  • TypeScript
  • Next.js
  • Node.js
  • NestJS
  • GraphQL
  • PostgreSQL
  • Prisma ORM
Inside the stack
Language
TypeScript across the front end and the back end.
Front end
Next.js for the customer-facing experience and application interface.
Back end
Node.js and NestJS for application services and business logic, with a GraphQL API.
Data layer
PostgreSQL with Prisma ORM for database modeling and data access.
What stays the same
A focus on thoughtful interfaces, dependable engineering, and the needs of e-commerce businesses.

Next on this stack: the rebuilt version of Nivox.
